Central Controller is the master core management unit of the complete parking guidance system (PGS). It works as top-layer hardware in the PGS three-tier network architecture, sitting above multiple node controllers.

While node controllers collect real-time bay status data locally from parking detectors, the central controller aggregates all data transmitted from each node controller across different floors or zones of parking lot. It processes massive parking-space data, coordinates communication among all subsystems, synchronizes data to LED guidance displays and PGS-SW management software, and realizes unified management for large-scale multi-zone parking garages.
